1. Provider

CryptoPets by MASTR (the app) is provided by MASTRlabs. Contact: info@mastrapps.com.

2. Nature of the app

CryptoPets is an entertainment game. Pets, stats, prices shown and all game mechanics are for entertainment only. Nothing in the app is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and nothing is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any token. The app makes no promise of earnings of any kind.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and allowed to use crypto assets where you live. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you.

4. Purchases

CryptoPets is free to play. Eggs, pets, revives, packs, boosts, game rounds, cosmetics and other items are optional digital content paid in SOL on the Solana blockchain and delivered immediately after the payment is confirmed. Paid game rounds are pure entertainment: they only ever earn in game coins and never pay out SOL, tokens or anything else of monetary value. All payments are final and irreversible. There are no refunds, returns, exchanges or chargebacks. Where a statutory right of withdrawal exists, you expressly agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that this right thereby expires, to the extent permitted by law. Prices may change at any time.

5. Virtual items

Coins, pets, items, cosmetics, trophies and progress have no monetary value. They cannot be sold, exchanged, transferred, withdrawn or paid out. Egg odds are shown before purchase. Because nothing can be cashed out, the game does not offer any prize of monetary value.

6. Wallets, blockchain and fees

You alone are responsible for your wallet, private keys, seed phrase, the correctness of addresses and amounts, and network fees. Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed. MASTRlabs will never ask for your seed phrase or private key.

7. Market data and third parties

Market data comes from third parties such as DexScreener and Solana RPC providers and may be delayed, incomplete, wrong or unavailable. Token names and tickers belong to their respective owners. The artwork is generated by the app. There is no affiliation with, sponsorship by or endorsement from any token project, except $MASTR. Wallet apps and other third party services are subject to their own terms.

8. No guarantees

The app is provided as is and as available, without any warranty or guarantee of any kind, including availability, error free operation, security, accuracy, compatibility or continued operation. Features, prices, rewards, events and content may be changed, limited or discontinued at any time without notice and without compensation. There is no promise of any future feature, update, token, airdrop or value.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MASTRlabs, its owners, team members and contributors exclude all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of funds, tokens, data, progress, pets, profits or opportunities, arising from or related to the app, payments, wallets, market data, third party services, bugs, outages or changes. Liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law, in particular for intent or gross negligence, remains unaffected.

10. Data and privacy

The app has no user accounts. Game data is stored only on your device. MASTRlabs does not collect, receive or sell personal data. To show market data and verify payments, the app sends requests to DexScreener and to Solana RPC providers (Helius). These providers can see your IP address and the public addresses and transactions that are queried. A wallet address you enter for a holder check is sent only to the RPC provider. Notifications are created locally on your device. If you uninstall the app or clear its data, your progress may be lost, subject to Android system backup if you enabled it.

11. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. The current version is always shown in the app. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

Swiss law applies, excluding conflict of law rules and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Place of jurisdiction is the registered office of MASTRlabs, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.

14. Creating tokens

The hatch feature lets you create your own token on the Solana blockchain through a third party launch protocol. You are the issuer of that token and solely responsible for its name, image, description and for complying with the laws that apply to you. MASTRlabs only provides the interface and a fixed launch profile, never holds your keys, and can neither reverse a launch nor influence the price. Hatch fees and trading fee shares are shown before you confirm and are final. Tokens created this way have no guaranteed value and most never reach graduation. Token boosts are optional purchases for a token you created: a share of the price goes to MASTRlabs and the rest buys that token on its own bonding curve into your wallet; the price effect is not guaranteed and burning those tokens is your own choice.

15. No guarantees, sole responsibility

MASTRlabs provides software only. Nothing in CryptoPets is financial, legal or tax advice or a recommendation to buy, sell, hold or create any token. Whether a token you create grows or graduates depends on how many people buy it and on the time and effort you put into it; MASTRlabs does nothing to make any token grow, has no control over any market and gives no guarantee of any kind. Returns are never guaranteed or promised, coins, pets, items and levels have no monetary value, and every on chain transaction (purchases, hatch fees, trading fees, boosts, burns) is final and cannot be refunded or reversed. You use the app at your own risk, you are solely responsible for what you create, buy and share, and for complying with the laws that apply to you. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MASTRlabs and its team are not liable for any loss, damage or claim arising from the app, from any token created with it, or from any decision taken because of it. By using the app you accept this in full.
